Our family knows from deeply personal experience how difficult it can be to believe those words, especially when someone is carrying pain that others cannot see. That is why we choose to speak up, spread awareness, and help break the silence surrounding mental health and suicide. Please check on the people you love. Listen without judgment. Remind them that they are wanted, needed, and never a burden.
